Popular Films About Car Races

It’s clearly interesting to see many car chase scenes. These movies are often packed with so much action. These movies are often quite exciting and tense. Cars are used extensively in many films and some action movies are focused on cars, like the Fast & Furious series. Films about racing cars are also available in animation form for children, such as the Cars and Cars 2. They have interesting characters, such as Lightning McQueen and Mater. Paul Newman is involved in the voice acting for Cars before his death. Days of Thunder is a highly popular racing film, starred by Tom Cruise in 1990, where he met Nicole Kidman, his future wife. The film was made at the peak of Cruise’s career in the film industry and it’s essentially an emotional drama. It’s a natural drama that everyone would love to watch. The Fast and the Furious in 2001 started a phenomenal car racing and action film series. The original film was released into theaters without much of a fanfare. It’s started by the late Paul Walker, Michele Rodriguez and Vin Diesel. It is about a group of street racers who hijack trailers to earn money. The cash allow them to purchase expensive and more powerful parts for racing. Paul Walker plays a cop character who is infiltrating the crime gang. After awhile, he becomes more involved in the crime ring, falling in love with group’s leader and respect the leader. It is followed by 2 Fast 2 Furious, The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift and a more.

Another interesting car racing title is Speed Racer and it introduced genre to many children in Asia and Western countries, when it was aired by MTV. The live action film of Speed Racer was launched in 2008, starred by John Goodman, Emile Hirsch, Matthew Fox and Susan Sarandon. Fox was known for his role in the popular TV series “Lost”. Many car racing films are typically dramatic and full of actions, as well as being somewhat comedic. Other car racing titles include the Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. The main character is starred by the comedian Will Ferrell, supported by the John C. Reilly. The film solidified Ferrell’s position as one of the most important comedian in the film industry. The Cannonball Run is also a comedy film about car racing and it’s one of the top-grossing film. The film was released in 1981 and it’s starred by Burt Reynols, Farrah Fawcett, Sammy Davis Jr. and martial art actor, Jackie Chan. It’s about illegal car races. Some groups of car drivers are traveling across the country to win some races. We see some intrigues when racers attempt to sabotage other racers to increase their chance of winning the race. It’s a fun film to watch and a sequel, the Cannonball Run II was released three years later. Documentary films about car races are also interesting to watch and we should be able to watch the real life of these drivers. Even in documentary films about car racing, we could feel the pulse-pounding action.
