Romeo and Juliet are modern day star crossed lovers whose families hate each other. Despite the differences in their lives, their families and their backgrounds, like their namesakes, they are definitely meant to be together.
Star Crossed is an emotionally wrenching romance, evoking laughter and tears and instilling a sense that love can truly conquer all obstacles. Kele Moon is a phenomenal writer who has made healing tortured souls an art form. Her second book in the Battered Hearts series is every bit as good as the first, and the carrot dangling at the end has me drooling in anticipation of the next installment.
