Review:

When Max finally decides that he has had enough of Ana flitting from one bad relationship to another he puts it all on the line. Can their friendship stay strong when he reveals his secret or will he lose Ana for good this time?

I adored Max. So far he is my favorite Cress brother. He loves Ana with all his heart and is willing to put that heart on the line when he offers her a chance to live out her fantasies. Each of the brother’s books is full of emotions and this book has it in spades. Max is a great man and a wonderful Dom and it shines through in all he does with Ana. Not only must the two find their way through their emotions and past their fear of losing their friendship but they also must deal with a sadistic man who thinks that abuse is what the D/s lifestyle is all about. I enjoyed watching their new relationship blossom into what can only be called love and seeing that love tested made for a great read. Seeing the other brothers and their wives come to the aid of the couple was a beautiful touch, especially during the traumatic club scene.

I am enjoying my visits into the world of the Cress family and hope to keep coming back for more.

Jessica has always had to work for everything and will not rest until she proves to everyone how well she can do things. When Ryan sees the state that Jessica has worked herself into he is determined to make her see just what it is all costing her. Can Jessica let go and let someone else take the reins or is she too afraid? Will Ryan be able to get Jessica to grab the happiness he offers her or will Jessica run?

I enjoyed meeting Ryan and Jessica. Jessica works so hard at trying to prove herself she forgets all about taking care of her own self. After a hard life she longs for more and Ryan just may be the one who can give it to her. He is a strong man who loves her with all his heart and will do anything to make her happy. Even if Jessica does not want to admit it Ryan knows her well enough to give her what she needs. The two make a great couple. The sparks ignite right from the start and grow into so much more as the story goes on. I enjoyed watching the trust grow between Ryan and Jessica as she enjoys her time in the dungeon. Their intense emotions show through in everything that they do making for a wonderful read. This story is about the D/s lifestyle and is an intense read at times. The Cress brothers live the D/s lifestyle and believe in it strongly and Ryan uses it to get Jessica to understand what she needs.

Review:

Keera and Theo are both trying to escape their pasts. Theo has had to deal with so much rejection because of the intensity of his lifestyle and what he enjoys and Keera has lived a life in hiding. A wonderful night together has the two looking to the future but it seems that Keera’s past has once again caught up with her and now she is once again on the run. Theo is not going to let Keera go without a fight. Can he find her and solve her problems before it is too late?

This fast paced read is packed full of emotions. The heat and the love are there right from the start. If only Keera would trust her heart and let Theo in than all would be well. Keera is a strong woman who is afraid to let anyone in, let alone to love someone. Her past will not let her but Theo may just be the man who can help her if she would just let him in. The two make a great couple, so full of love for one another. I enjoyed watching the trust grow between Keera and Theo. Both live and enjoy the D/s lifestyle and for them it binds them together strongly. The author does a good job of intertwining the action along with the romance in their story. The intensity of emotions made for a great read. Not only do the main characters shine but the secondary ones also make themselves known and had me wanting to find out more about the Cress brothers.

This book does contain some intense scenes and may not be for everyone.

Review:

I am enjoying this series by one of my favorite authors. It is not be as dark as her other series but it is still an enjoyable read.

Lucien is assigned to protect Jocelyn and the attraction between the two is there right from the start. Lucien is arrogant and Jocelyn is a strong willed woman. Watching the two learn to trust one another and try to understand their feelings was a nice read. Lucien is a good man underneath it all and he is intent on protecting Jocelyn and not acting on his attraction to her but when danger threatens Jocelyn Lucien finds that she means so much more to him than he ever imagined. He will do anything to erase the pain from her past and fill her future with happiness. The love that grows between the two was a beautiful thing to see.

I enjoyed watching the two fight so hard for their happiness and cannot wait to read the next book in this series.

When he harms those under the protection of the local wolves he is punished but one man sees the kindness inside of Kailum. Will Corey be able to show Kailum what love truly is or is Kailum lost forever to him?

This is a fast paced story that is full of emotion. Along with trying to understand their feelings for each other Kailum and Corey both must also find their true selves. Life is not easy for either man and their relationship will only bring on more hardships for them. I enjoyed seeing the two begin to understand and fight for their love. There is so much more to each man than what they show to the world. Lust helps to bring these two together but the trust and the love is what keeps them fighting for each other no matter what happens. While this book can be read as a standalone it is better to read the whole series to understand this world and its characters.

Being a sub is not for everyone. Dani finds herself needed more than she can get as a sub and finds the help she needs with 1 – 800 – DOM – help. Little did she know that calling the number on that card would not only help her get her feet wet but that it would also find her so much more.

This is a well written story about not only finding yourself but also finding love in the process. I enjoyed watching Dani go through her self-discovery and find just what she needed. She is a strong woman and she is not afraid to go after what she wants, and what she wants is to be a Domme. When she meets her first sub she finds that she may want more than just to be a Domme. Ethan is a great man. He finds release in being a sub but has never found someone that he connects with until he meets Dani. I enjoyed seeing the relationship build between these two. Dani and Ethan’s story is a quick and fast paced read that is not only hot but also brings the reader a story full of emotions and awakenings.

When Calleigh returns home to the surprise of her life she must make some hard life changing decisions. Upon returning home she meets Keven. He is one hot man that Calleigh cannot stop thinking about. Can she trust him at his word to always be there for her when she needs him or are his words just that; words?

Jennifer Cole does a wonderful job with bringing this magical world to life. I enjoyed meeting Calleigh and Keven and reading their story. Calleigh is a strong woman who is more than willing to fight for what she thinks is right. Keven is an honorable man who loves with all his heart. The two make a great couple and their story made for a nice read. Not only does Calleigh have to deal with her feelings for Keven but she must also come to understand her own life and future. As we read Calleigh and Keven’s story we also get to meet many other great characters. I would love to return to this world and meet more of its inhabitants and learn their stories.

Review:

When Cassidy goes along with a gang of ghost hunters she never expects anything to happen and she never dreams of having to ask them for their help. Yet that is just what happens. After she takes back her life it seems that her past will not stay in the past and the man who tried to end her life has returned from the grave and hell bent on finishing what he started. Only Trace can help her now but will he be able to stop something so evil?

I was pulled in to this intriguing read right from the start and I enjoyed meeting Trace and Cassidy. They each are strong characters. As I read their story and met all the characters in it I found that not only do they grab the reader’s attention but the secondary characters do as well. I enjoyed the banter between Trace and Cassidy. Watching the two form their bond as they try to find a way to put Cassidy’s past to rest was a nice read. I did find the book to be a little drawn out at certain times which made their adventure start to drag and I began to lose my interest at times. Even with that, the story is well written and does entertain. I would love to return to this world again and see what other adventures await the other characters in this book.

Little does she know that something with Drake is that he is cursed. Drake takes a chance with Simone but will that chance be worth the risk?

I enjoyed meeting Simone and Drake. The two make a great team and watching them go through so much as they try and make things work was a nice read. I liked seeing how Drake became the man that he is today. Simone is a great woman who is ready and willing to fight for those that she cares for. It was nice to see the bond begin to form between the two and only grow stronger as the two fight the evil priestess. Not only did I enjoy Simone and Drake’s story but the secondary characters made a splash as well. I hope that Beck gets his story. He is a great friend to Drake and deserves a happy ever after as well. Aniyah the young priestess who helps them shines as well and I would love to find out more about her.

Paige Tyler does a great job of intertwining a love story with the adventure that these characters take on their journey in this book.

Cindra is intent on making the criminal who killed her father pay. She has followed him to the ends of the universe and has run into a snag. She has run out of leads as well as money but lucky for her she finds bounty hunter Bladen Sloan. Cindra hates asking him for help but she is at the end of her rope and getting justice is more important than her ego. Will Bladen agree to help her and if so at what costs?

Cindra and Bladen are a great couple. Each one is strong but together they make an unstoppable force. Both find themselves feeling more than they want to and a contract between the two could be their undoing. Emotions run high in this story and feelings held back bring on misunderstandings that continue to drive the couple further apart. There is no denying the sparks between these two and watching their relationship begin to bloom was a nice read.

While I enjoyed meeting Cindra and Braden I did not lose myself in their story. Their story did not grab me and at times it seemed a little drawn out and started to lose my interest. I am a fan of this author and even though Cindra and Braden are not one of my favorite couples I will still look for more hot reads from Paige Tyler.
